My name is Carla Alarcón, I am from La Paz but I have been living in Santa Cruz since 2004. Currently I am the Human Resources Director at SCCS.
I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Recruitment and a Master Degree in Banking Management at Procredit Academy in Germany. Since the beginning of my career, I have always been passionate about working with people, that is my main reason for more than 15 years of experience working in Human Resources.
I love the SCCS working environment and I am planning to stay working here for a long term.
